A New Journey, A New Chapter: Phase II Workshop Officially Launches

2025-08-29

After sixteen years of deep cultivation in the industry, we sincerely thank our global customers for their long-standing trust and support! In response to growing market demand, we are pleased to announce that the Phase II workshop officially began renovations in July 2025, marking a significant step forward in enhancing our overall manufacturing capabilities.

The highlights of the Phase II project are reflected in several key areas:Firstly, increased production capacity. The new workshop spans a total area of 2,000 square meters and focuses on expanding two core product lines: cotton pads and compressed towels. Once fully operational, the monthly production capacity is expected to grow significantly, enabling us to better support customers in handling surges in order volume. Secondly, greater production flexibility. With the addition of specialized production lines, we can now support more flexible, small-batch, and multi-batch customized orders. This greatly facilitates quick prototyping and market testing for brand clients.

The rapid progress of Phase II is built upon the solid foundation of Phase I. Currently, the Phase I workshop has established a fully automated production line system with a monthly capacity of 300 million pieces. We offer a full range of product lines, including cotton pads, compressed towels, facial mask sheets, wet compress pads, facial cleansing towels, cleaning cloths, pet cleaning pads, nail wipes, beauty bed towels, and disposable bed sheets. The Phase II project will build upon this mature system, further focusing on our strengths to deepen and strengthen our core offerings, providing global customers with more focused, efficient, and flexible supply chain support.

At present, the infrastructure and purification works for the Phase II workshop are in full swing, and the first batch of intelligent equipment has already been procured. According to the plan, the new workshop is scheduled to begin production in October 2025.

Upon completion, the Phase II project will bring multiple added values to our customers: shortened production cycles—delivery times for cotton pads and compressed towel orders are expected to be reduced by 50%; more refined and diverse customization services—offering over 20 adjustable parameters such as embossing patterns, weight (gsm), and packaging options.

For sixteen years, we have upheld a spirit of craftsmanship, committed to providing customers with eco-friendly, safe, and innovative disposable non-woven fabric solutions. The Phase II workshop represents not only an expansion of our production capacity but also a renewed and upgraded promise to our customers. Looking ahead, we will continue to drive progress through innovation and build on quality as our foundation—working hand in hand with global clients to open a new chapter in the industry.
